In early 2019, Charlie Peck entered GMAT's "Think Like an Entrepreneur" competition with an idea for a solar cloak—a flexible, convenient, solar-powered blanket that covers and powers electric vehicles when parked, keeping the "electric vehicle" movement truly a green one.

 

The idea was that in providing the most environmentally friendly EV infrastructure possible, the power of creating a truly green transportation system, and thus a bright future, would be placed in the hands of the consumers and the individuals who care for this planet we call home.

People must have agreed, because the Solar Cloak ended up becoming one of the top 10 finalists in the nation and subsequently winning a first place prize.

Now, Peck Technologies is moving on to greater things—focusing on working with professionals to implement even more transformative ideas.
